What we collect

• Details about your home and your cleaning: its size, the service, your notes, pets and how we get in
• Your card, saved securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• The messages you send us by text, email or chat

How we use it

• To schedule, confirm and deliver your cleaning
• To send you reminders, updates and receipts
• To answer your questions and check in after your cleaning
• To take payment for your cleaning, as described in our terms

Who we share it with

• The cleaning professional assigned to your home gets your address, entry details and cleaning notes, only to do the job.
• Our booking software (Busy Book) and our payment processor keep it so your booking works.
• We never sell your information.

Website analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site. It collects general information like pages visited and the type of device used. It doesn’t collect your name or contact details.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you're a client, and after that only as long as we need it for our records, taxes and the law.
