Busy Book adds up what you owe each partner as jobs are done. You pay them your way and mark it paid.

Every finished job adds your partner's share to their payout, so you always know what you owe.

Open Payouts
In the menu, tap Partners, then Payouts.

Payouts add up on their own
When a job is marked done, your partner's share goes into their pending payout. Their share is the Partner pay on your Business profile, plus any bonus or tip.

See what you owe
Pending Payouts shows what's waiting for each partner. Pick a partner and tap Filter to see just theirs.

Pay them your way
Busy Book doesn't send the money. Pay through Gusto, your bank or however you pay your partners.

Mark it paid
Tap View on the payout, then Mark as Paid. Pick how you paid, add a reference if you like, and tap Mark as Paid. It moves to Paid Payouts.
