Is Busy Book only for house cleaning?

No. Busy Book runs house cleaning, Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers, offices and commercial, and post-construction cleaning, with contractor partners, employees or just you. You pick what fits when you sign up.

When will I be charged?

Not today. Your free trial lasts 14 days, and we email you 7 days before it ends. If you don't cancel, your card is charged on the day your trial ends, then every month (or every year, on a yearly plan) on that same date. You see the exact date and price before you start.

How do I cancel?

Go to Settings > Subscription and press Cancel. No phone call and no forms. If you cancel during your free trial, you're never charged, and you can keep using Busy Book until the trial ends.

Why do you need a card for a free trial?

So your account keeps working without a gap when your trial ends. Square keeps your card safe, and Busy Book never sees or stores the full card number. Nothing is charged until the date you agree to.

Are my clients mine if I leave?

Yes. Your clients, bookings, partners, leads, payments and prices are yours. Go to Settings > Your data and download all of it as spreadsheets, any time, on every plan, even after you cancel.

Is there a fee per cleaner?

No. Your plan price is the whole price, whether you work with one partner cleaner or ten.

Do you take a cut of my bookings?

No. Busy Book never takes a percentage. Clients pay you through your own Square, Stripe or PayPal account, which charges its usual card fees.

What does it cost to run Busy Book, all in?

Busy Book charges one plan price: $39, $97 or $197 a month, with 50, 125 or 300 Irene text and chat conversations included. A busy month? Add 50 more conversations for $15. There's no fee per cleaner, client or location. Irene texts and calls from your own texting account (like Quo or Twilio) and your own Retell account, and those bill you directly for what you use: for example 1¢ a text sent on Quo, and about 10¢ to 16¢ a minute for phone calls on Retell (phone answering comes with Pro). See every number and estimate your month.

I'm brand new. Is Busy Book for me?

Yes. Busy Book was made for owners in their first year. The Get started checklist walks you through setup, every page explains itself, and help answers in a minute, day or night.

What does Irene need to text and answer calls?

Irene texts from your own business number, through Quo, your GoHighLevel number or your own Twilio account, and answers calls through your own Retell account. You pay those services directly for your texts and call minutes, so you only pay for what you use. Busy Book gives Irene her brain and shows you how to connect both, step by step.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on every plan. Your website comes with a free web address right away, and you can show it at your own domain, like www.yourbusiness.com, with the secure lock. You add one record where you bought your domain, and we walk you through it step by step. Don't have a domain yet? We show you how to buy one.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Change your plan anytime in Settings > Subscription. The new plan starts on your next billing date.
