Free for 14 days. You add a card to start, and you see the exact date and price before you begin. We email you 7 days before your first charge. Cancel online anytime in Settings > Subscription and you won't be charged.

When will I be charged?
Not today. Your free trial lasts 14 days, and we email you 7 days before it ends. If you don't cancel, your card is charged on the day your trial ends, then every month (or every year, on a yearly plan) on that same date. You see the exact date and price before you start.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings > Subscription and press Cancel. No phone call and no forms. If you cancel during your free trial, you're never charged, and you can keep using Busy Book until the trial ends.
Why do you need a card for a free trial?
So your account keeps working without a gap when your trial ends. Square keeps your card safe, and Busy Book never sees or stores the full card number. Nothing is charged until the date you agree to.
Is there a fee per cleaner?
No. Your plan price is the whole price, whether you work with one partner cleaner or ten.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. Busy Book never takes a percentage. Clients pay you through your own Square, Stripe or PayPal account, which charges its usual card fees.
I'm brand new. Is Busy Book for me?
Yes. Busy Book was made for owners in their first year. The Get started checklist walks you through setup, every page explains itself, and help answers in a minute, day or night.
What does Sarah need to text and answer calls?
Sarah texts from your own business texting number and answers calls through your own Retell account. You pay those services directly for your texts and call minutes, so you only pay for what you use. Busy Book gives Sarah her brain and shows you how to connect both, step by step.
Can I use my own domain?
Every plan comes with a free web address right away. Connecting your own domain is coming soon, on every plan, with step-by-step help to buy one and connect it.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Change your plan anytime in Settings > Subscription. The new plan starts on your next billing date.
