Your plan includes a number of Sarah conversations each month. Here is how to see them and add more.

Every plan includes a number of conversations with Sarah each month. You get a heads-up at 80%, and Sarah never goes silent on a client.

See how many you've used
In the menu, tap Reports, then Usage. The bar shows this month's conversations.

What counts
One conversation is one person texting or chatting with Sarah in a month, however many messages it takes.

Need more this month?
On the Usage page, tap the button to add more, like Add 50 more for $15. It's charged to the card you pay for Busy Book with.

If you run out
New conversations come to you in Conversations, with an alert for each, and the client gets a friendly note that you'll text them back.
