Get same-day turnovers done first
When the next guest checks in the day another checks out, the turnover is flagged with the check-in time, goes to your partners first, and you hear if nobody has it.
A same-day turnover has a hard deadline: the next guest's check-in. Busy Book finds them every time it checks a host's calendar, flags them everywhere, and gets them a partner first.

Set the rental's times
Open the host under Clients and scroll to Rental calendar. Tap Change and set Guests check out by and Guests check in at from their listing. Tap Save times.

Same-day turnovers are flagged
When a guest checks in the day another checks out, the turnover shows Same-day with the check-in time on your Calendar, on Today and on the booking.

Partners see the deadline
Your partners see Same-day and the next guest's check-in time on the offer and on the job, and same-day turnovers come first in Open jobs.

Hear if nobody has it
24 hours before checkout, if no partner has it yet, you get one heads-up. Open the booking and put someone on it.

A rush price, if you charge one
Add a Same-day rush price with the rental's times. It shows on same-day turnovers so you remember it, and it's never added to the price on its own.
