Let Irene pick the rental when a host texts

A host with more than one rental texts about a cleaning, and Irene works out which rental they mean, or asks. It's off until you turn it on.

Clean for hosts or property managers with more than one rental? When one of them texts "can you clean the lake house Friday?", Irene can work out which rental they mean and book it there. It's off until you turn it on.

  1. 1

    Give each rental a nickname

In the menu, tap Clients and open the host. Under Places, tap Change on a rental, type what they call it under Nickname, like the lake house, and tap Save place. Do it for each rental.

  2. 2

    Open More settings

In the menu, tap Settings, then Business profile, then the More settings tab.

  3. 3

    Turn it on

Turn on Let Irene pick the rental when a host texts and tap Save.

    What Irene does

When a host texts about a cleaning, a turnover or a change, Irene finds the rental from its name, nickname, street, unit or city. When it's clear, she uses that rental. When she isn't sure, she checks first: "Just to be sure, the Lake House on 12 Shore Rd?" When she can't tell, she lists their rentals by name and asks which one.
