Make your teams
For businesses with employees: put your team members on fixed teams with a team lead. Jobs go to a team.
Run your business with employees? Fixed teams keep the same faces in your clients' homes. Each team has a team lead, and a repeat client keeps the same team every visit.

Open Teams
In the menu, tap Team, then Teams.

Name the team
Under Make a team, type a name like Blue Team and pick a color. The color shows on your schedule.

Pick its team members
Tick the team members on this team, then tap Make team. Each team member is on one team.

Pick a team lead
Tap Change on the team and pick its Team lead, then tap Save team. The team lead sees the team in their app and says yes or no to time off.

Give jobs to the team
Open a booking and, under Partners on this job, pick the team and tap Give to team. Repeat cleanings keep that team on their own.
