Reach property managers, hosts and agents

Apartment communities, property managers, Airbnb hosts and real estate agents can send you work every month. Say hello on paper or with a call, and they ask for your info on your own referral page.

Open Referral outreach
In the menu, tap Marketing, then Referral outreach.

Add your mailing address
Tap Change the words. Under Your mailing address, type the address your referral page and letters show. Working from home? A PO box or a private mailbox works. Then tap Save.

Add the businesses near you
Tap Add a business. Fill in the name, the type and their mailing address, and Where did you find this? Then tap Add to my list. Have a list already? Tap Bring in a spreadsheet.

Print your hello
Under Print your hello, tap Letters, Postcards, Flyer or Address labels, then Print. Each letter and postcard has a QR code to your referral page. After you mail them, tap I mailed these.

Or call the office
Open a business and tap Call. Your own phone dials. What to say walks you through it: the call sets up a short walkthrough, and the price and the first job come after it. Then pick How it went and tap Add it.

See who asked for your info
When someone asks on your referral page, you get an alert, and they show under Asked for your info. Send them your info from your own email, and set up a walkthrough.
