Open Leads
Everyone who asks about a cleaning lands on your Leads board. Sarah texts each new lead within a minute, and the cards move along on their own as she talks with them.

Open Leads
In the menu, tap Marketing, then Leads.

Read the board
Each card is a person. Cards move from New to Talking, Quoted, Booked and Won after their first cleaning. You can drag a card anytime.

Spot who needs a nudge
A card turns orange when it has sat for 2 days, so you know who to check on.

Open a lead
Tap a card to see what they told us, the whole conversation and their timeline.

Text, call or book them
Type in Your text and tap Send, tap Call, or tap Book for them to book the cleaning yourself.

Add a lead yourself
Back on the board, tap Add a lead for someone who reached you another way.
