Let Sarah answer your phone

Sarah can answer phone calls too. She talks with callers, gives prices, books cleanings and saves every caller as a lead. Her calls run on Retell, the phone service behind her, with your own account.

   Open Phone calls

   In the menu under Sarah AI, tap Phone calls, then tap Connect Retell.

   Make your Retell account

   Go to retellai.com and make a free account. Open Billing and add a card, so Sarah can get a phone number and take calls.

   Copy your key

   In Retell, open API Keys and copy the key with the Webhook badge next to it.

   Paste it and connect

   Back in Busy Book, paste it into Your Retell API key and tap Connect. Busy Book sets Sarah up in your account for you, phone number and all.

   Listen to her calls

   Tap Voice Conversations to see each call and what was said.
