Teach Sarah about your business

Sarah already knows your services, prices, extras, hours and policies from your settings. This is where you tell her the little things only you know.

   Open Texting assistant

   In the menu under Sarah AI, tap Texting assistant.

   Change her name (optional)

   Tap her name at the top to change it. Most owners keep Sarah.

   Write your notes

   In the big box, type anything special about your business in plain words: the areas you serve, what you bring, what you don't do, parking or pet notes.

   Save

   Tap Save. It shows up as soon as you change something.

   Test her

   Tap Test Sarah and text her the way a client would, to see how she answers.
