A monthly contract is one flat price for the visits you agreed on, billed once a month. Your client is never charged visit by visit, and you never chase a stack of little invoices.

Open the client
In the menu, tap Clients and open the client.

Start the contract
Under Monthly billing, tap New monthly contract. Add a Name, the Monthly price, the Start date and the Billing day of the month.

Pick the sites
Tick Which sites it covers, write What's included, then tap Start the contract.

Add the visits
Add a repeat plan for the site, like Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights. Those visits are covered, so they're never charged one by one.

Add extra work
On the contract's page, under Work outside the contract, add what it was, the day and its flat price. It goes on the next invoice as its own line.

Pause or end it
Under Pause, pick the days. Under End date, pick the last day it covers.
