Clean a site on chosen days each week
Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights from 9 PM to 1 AM, or any days you pick, with the same partner or team. Every plan.
Offices want the same nights every week. Pick the days, the time and who cleans, and Busy Book puts every visit on your calendar two weeks ahead, even the ones that run past midnight.

Open the client
In the menu, tap Clients and open the client.

Start a plan
Under Repeat plans on chosen days, tap New repeat plan, and pick Which site.

Pick the days and times
Tick the days, like Mon, Wed and Fri. Set when it Starts and Ends. An end before the start, like 9 PM to 1 AM, ends the next morning.

Pick who cleans
Pick the partner, or the team if you have teams. Or leave Offer each visit, like any job to send each one out.

Set the price and save
Type the Flat price for one visit and tap Save plan. Under a monthly contract, leave it empty: visits are never charged one by one.
