Bring in leads from Yelp

People ask for cleaning quotes on Yelp every day. Connect it once through Zapier, and every new Yelp lead lands on your Leads board, where Irene texts them when Yelp shares their phone number.

   Open Where leads come from

   In the menu, tap Marketing, then Where leads come from, and scroll to Yelp.

   Copy your private Yelp link

   Under Copy your private Yelp lead link, tap Copy. Keep it private, like a password.

   Watch for new Yelp leads

   In Zapier, click + Create, then Zaps. For the trigger, pick Yelp Leads and New Lead, and sign in with your Yelp business account.

   Send each lead to Busy Book

   For the action, pick Webhooks by Zapier and POST. Paste your Yelp link as the URL, and match name, phone (their Temporary Phone Number), email, lead_id and message.

   Test it

   Click Test step. The lead shows up on your Leads board marked Yelp.
