Let Irene answer in Yelp
Irene answers your Yelp messages right in the Yelp thread, with your prices, through three Zaps you make once.
Clients on Yelp expect a fast answer. Irene can answer their messages right in the Yelp thread, give them your prices and book them. It runs through three short Zaps you make once with Yelp's own Yelp Leads app, and it starts off until you turn it on.

Open the Yelp section
In the menu, tap Marketing, then Where leads come from, and scroll to Let Irene answer in Yelp. Bring your Yelp leads in first (see Bring in leads from Yelp).

Make a Zap for Irene's answers
In Zapier, the trigger is Webhooks by Zapier and Catch Hook. Copy its link. The action is Yelp Leads and Create Message, with the Lead ID set to lead_id and the message to message. Publish it.

Make a Zap for new Yelp messages
The trigger is Yelp Leads and New Consumer Message. The action is Webhooks by Zapier and POST to your Busy Book message link, with lead_id, message and name.

Make a Zap for when you answer
The trigger is Yelp Leads and New Business Message. The action is POST to your "you answered" link, with lead_id and message, so Irene steps back when you answer in Yelp.

Turn Irene on for Yelp
Back in Busy Book, paste the Catch Hook link from the first Zap, tick Irene answers my new Yelp messages, and tap Save.
