Send emails after a yes
Up to four short emails to each business that asks for your info, stopping the moment they reply.
When a property manager, host or agent asks for your info on your referral page, Busy Book can send them up to four short emails from you over two weeks. They stop the moment they reply, and the reply comes straight to you.

Open Emails after a yes
In the menu, tap Marketing, then Referral outreach. Under Emails after a yes, tap Set up the emails.

Make the words yours
All four emails are ready to use. Change the Subject and Message, and pick how many days after their yes each one goes. Untick Send it to skip one. Then tap Save.

Send yourself a test
Tap Send me a test under any email to see it in your own inbox, the way they will.

Turn them on
Tap Turn them on. They start with the next person who asks for your info. Nobody who asked before gets them.

Answer their replies
When someone replies, it comes straight to your inbox and onto your Leads board in Talking. Hit reply to answer them from your own email.

See who's getting them
Who's getting them shows where each one stands: sending, replied, asked to stop or all sent.
