Inspect a site and score it
A quick score with photos on each walk-through of a client's site. See if it's going up or down, send the client a copy, and put anything low on the next job. Grow and Pro.
An inspection is a quick score with photos on a walk-through of a client's site. Your client sees their place is cared for, and you see where it's slipping before they do. This is what keeps office contracts from walking away. Inspections come with Grow and Pro.

Open Inspections
In the menu, tap Partners, then Inspections. Or open a client, and under Places, tap Inspections on the site.

Set the site's checklist once
Tap Open on the site. Under This site's checklist, put each area on its own line, pick 1 to 5 or Pass or needs attention, and pick How often. Tap Save checklist.

Inspect
On your walk-through, tap Inspect now. Tap a score for each area, add a note and Add a photo where it helps, then tap Finish inspection.

See the trend
The site's page shows the last scores under Scores, and whether they're Going up or Going down.

Fix what scored low
Each low area shows under Follow-ups. Tap Add to the next job, and the partner on that job sees it in their app and taps Fixed it.

Send the client a copy
Open the inspection and tap Send it, or Copy link to send it yourself. To send every one, tick Send the client a copy when an inspection is done on the site's checklist.
