Turn an accepted bid into jobs
When a client accepts a bid by phase, each phase becomes its own job with the total they signed for. Pick the dates now or later. Every plan.
Your builder said yes. Now let's put the work on your calendar. Each phase of the accepted bid becomes its own job, with exactly the total they signed for, at their site.

Open the accepted bid
In the menu, tap Marketing, then Bids, and open the bid that says Accepted.

Pick the dates you know
Under Each phase as its own job, pick a Date, when it Starts and when it Ends for each phase you know. Leave a date empty to pick it later.

Make the jobs
Tap Schedule these jobs. Each phase is now a job for that client, at the bid's site, with the options they added.

Set the rest later
When you know the next date, come back to the bid, pick it next to the phase and tap Schedule. Tap Move to change one.

Get paid
When you mark a phase done, its invoice goes to the client and their billing contact, due on their payment terms. The bid shows Invoice sent, then Paid.
