Set up site walks

A site walk is a visit to see a space before you price it. Pick the times you can walk a site, and Irene offers only those to anyone asking about office, commercial or post-construction work. She never gives a price: you send it after the walk. Site walks come with Grow and Pro.

   Open Site walks

   In the menu, tap Marketing, then Site walks.

   Pick your times

   Under Your site walk times, tick your days, set First walk and Done by, and pick how long Each walk takes, with the drive. Tap Save my times.

   Irene books them

   When someone asks about office, commercial or post-construction work by text or website chat, Irene offers your open times and books the one they pick. You get an email right away.

   Add one yourself

   Tap Add a site walk, or open a lead and use Site walk. Pick the day and time, then tap Put it on my calendar.

   See what is coming up

   Site walks show under Coming up, on your Calendar in purple and on Today. After the walk, tap Done, then send your price.
