Send a bid your client signs online

Build your price from your own services, add optional items and phases, and send it as a link your client signs on their phone. Every plan.

MarketingBids Open Bids

A bid is your price for a job, sent as a link. Your client opens it on their phone, ticks any options they want, signs with their finger and taps Accept. You hear when they open it, and when they say yes or no. Flat prices, the way you set them.

  1. 1

    Start a bid

Open a quote request on your Leads board, or a client's page, and tap Make a bid or New bid. Or in the menu, tap Marketing, then Bids, then New bid.

  2. 2

    Add what is in it

Under What's in it, pick one of your own services and Busy Book works out its price the way your Prices page does. Or pick A flat line of my own and type the price. Tick Optional: they can add it for extras like windows or floor care.

  3. 3

    Price each phase

For post-construction, pick By phase. Rough clean, Final clean and Touch-up clean each get their own lines and their own price. Tap Add a phase for more.

  4. 4

Add a note and your terms

Add A note for your client, check your Terms and pick a Good until date. Tick Include my insurance certificate to offer it. Then tap Save bid.

  5. 5

    Send it

Tap See what your client sees to look it over. Then tick Email it or Text it and tap Send bid. Or untick both, tap Send bid, then Copy to share the link yourself.

  6. 6

    They sign it

Your client ticks any options, signs, ticks I agree to these terms and taps Accept. You get a note when they open it, and an email when they accept or decline. The bid shows Accepted with their signature.
