Keep an extra just for your office

Some extras are by request only, like exterior windows. Tick **Only my office adds this** and clients never see it to pick, while you add it to any booking yourself.

   Open Prices

   In the menu, tap Settings, then Prices and extras, and scroll to Extras.

   Tick it

   Under the extra, tick Only my office adds this (hidden from clients) and tap Save prices. For one you added, open the Extras tab, tap the pencil next to it, tick the same box and tap Save.

   Add it to a booking

   On New booking or Edit Booking, office-only extras show with a lock next to their name. Add it like any extra.
