Add a booking yourself
Book a client who called or texted you, with your flat price worked out for you. Repeat cleanings too.
Most clients book on your booking page, but sometimes a client calls or texts you instead. Here's how to put that cleaning on the books yourself. Busy Book works out the price from your settings.

Tap New booking
Tap New booking at the top of any page.

Add the client
Pick New Customer and type their name, email and phone, or pick Regular Customer to choose someone you already have. Tap Next.

Add the address
Type the street, city, state and ZIP, then tap Next.

Pick the day and the cleaning
Choose the Cleaning Date, Start Time and Service Type. For a repeat cleaning, pick Weekly, Bi-weekly or Monthly under Recurring Service. Tap Next.

Add the size of the home
Type the bedrooms, bathrooms and square feet, then tap Next.

Add extras and how to get in
Add any extras, like an oven or fridge. Then answer Will someone be home for the cleaning? and, if not, how your partner gets in.

Check the price and confirm
The Service Overview on the right shows the flat price. Add a coupon if they have one, tick the terms box and tap Confirm Booking.
