Add your prices
Set what you charge, so your booking page and Sarah quote one flat price for every home.
Busy Book builds one flat price for the whole cleaning from what you set here: a base price, plus a price per bedroom, per bathroom and per square foot. Clients only ever see the total, and they see the same total on your booking page, your website and when Sarah quotes them.

Open Prices
In the menu, tap Settings, then Prices and extras.

Set your cleaning price
Fill in your Base price (what every cleaning starts at), then your price Per bedroom and Per bathroom.

Add a square-foot price for each cleaning
Each cleaning (Standard, Deep, Move in or out, Airbnb turnover) has its own price per square foot, so a deep clean can cost more than a standard one. 0.05 means 5 cents a square foot, so a 2,000 sq ft home adds $100. A cleaning only shows to clients once it has a square-foot price.

Pick your repeat discounts
A percent off each cleaning for clients who book every week, every 2 weeks or every month. Leave one empty if you don't offer it.

Price your extras
Each extra (inside the fridge, the oven, windows, baseboards and more) gets one flat price that is added when a client picks it.

Deposit and sales tax
Add a deposit if you take one, and your sales tax if it applies. Ask your accountant which sales tax applies to cleaning where you work. Many places charge none.

Save your prices
Tap Save prices.

Add your own extras
Want an extra that isn't on the list? Open the Extras tab, tap Add an extra, type What is it? and Your flat price, then tap Add extra.
