Start new repeat clients with a deep clean
A new client's first visit is a deep clean, priced as one, then their standard cleaning continues at its own price.
A home that hasn't been cleaned on a schedule needs more work the first time. With this on, a new client who books a standard cleaning every week, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks or every month starts with a deep clean, and every cleaning after it is their standard cleaning at its own price.

Open Prices
In the menu, tap Settings, then Prices and extras, and scroll to Start new repeat clients with a deep clean.

Pick how
Pick Offer it and new clients can tick Start with a deep clean on your booking page and website. Pick Always and every new repeat client starts with one. Off is how it starts.

Save
Tap Save prices.

What your client sees
When they pick a repeat standard cleaning, the price shows the deep clean first and every cleaning after it. Their confirmation and invoice say it too.

Booking one yourself
On New booking, pick a standard cleaning and how often, then tick Start with a deep clean. With Always, it starts ticked, and you can untick it for a client.
