Use your own domain

Your website comes with a free Busy Book address. If you own a domain, like sparkleclean.com, your website can show there instead. You add one record at the company where you bought your domain, and Busy Book does the rest, including the secure lock.

   Open Use my own domain

   In the menu, tap Website. Under Your web address, tap Use my own domain.

   Type your domain

   Type the domain you own, like www.sparkleclean.com, and tap Connect my domain.

   Add the record at your domain company

   Sign in where you bought your domain, like GoDaddy, Namecheap or Squarespace. Open its DNS settings and add the CNAME record Busy Book shows you. Tap your company under Where to click for the exact steps.

   Send the plain domain to your site

   Turn on Forwarding for your plain domain, like sparkleclean.com, so it goes to your www address.

   Wait for the email

   Busy Book checks every 10 minutes and emails you when your website is live. You can also tap Check now.
