A map of the ZIP codes in your area, colored from Value to Premium, with the neighborhoods and suggested flat prices in each one.
Every market report for a U.S. city comes with a price map. Each ZIP code within your drive is colored by how its households compare with the middle of your area: **Premium**, **Above market**, **Market** or **Value**. Tap one to see the neighborhoods in it, the flat prices we suggest there for each kind of cleaning you do, and the Census numbers behind its color.

Open your report
In the menu, tap Market research, then tap a finished report. Scroll to Where to charge more.

Read the colors
Dark teal is Premium, light teal is Above market, gray is Market and yellow is Value. The key above the map shows how many ZIP codes are in each.

Tap a ZIP code
Tap any ZIP code on the map. A panel opens with its neighborhoods and subdivisions, the suggested flat prices there next to your market prices, and its median household income and home value. On your phone it slides up from the bottom. Tap the X to close it.

Use the list
Under the map, Every ZIP code in your area lists them all, Premium first. Tap one to open the same details.
