Open Support

In the menu, tap Help, then Support.

Write a ticket

Tap New ticket. Say what it's about, pick the type and how urgent it is, and tell us what happened. A screenshot helps.

Send it

Tap Send ticket. You'll get an answer in Busy Book and by email, usually within a minute.

Share an idea

Tap Ideas and what's coming. Type Your idea, add more details if you like, and tap Add my idea.

Vote for ideas

See an idea you want too? Vote for it. Everyone who voted hears when it's ready.
