Open the list
When regulars go quiet, your Home page shows repeat clients you might lose. Tap Check in. They're in your Sunday summary too.

See why each one is there
They've gone quiet longer than usual, or cancelled their last two cleanings, with nothing booked.

Reach out
Tap Text them to send a friendly note, or Book them to book their next cleaning. A simple "we miss you" goes a long way.
