Bring your clients over

Switching from another tool? Export your client list as a CSV file, upload it here, and Busy Book reads each column for you. Nothing already in Busy Book is overwritten.

   Export your list

   In your old software, open your clients or customers page and look for Export or Download. Save it as a CSV file.

   Open Bring your clients over

   In the menu, tap Clients, then Bring your clients over at the top.

   Upload the file

   Pick your CSV file and tap Upload.

   Check each column

   Busy Book shows how it read each column, with a few examples. Change any that look wrong. Anything else useful, like gate codes or pets, becomes a private note.

   Bring them in

   Tap Bring them in. You see how many clients were added and how many were already here.
