Add your terms and privacy policy

Your booking form asks clients to agree to your terms before they book, and your Busy Book website shows both in its footer. Until you add them, that line stays hidden, so clients never click a link that goes nowhere.

   Open Terms and privacy

   In the menu, under Booking form, tap Terms and privacy.

   Pick how to add each one

   For your terms and for your privacy policy, pick The Busy Book template, My own words or A link to my own page.

   Make the template yours

   The template fills in your business name, your contact details and your cancellation rules from Payments. Read it and change anything that doesn't fit how you work.

   Tick the box and save

   Using the template? Tick the box that says it's a starting point, not legal advice. Then tap Save.

   See it the way clients do

   Tap Open next to each one to see the page clients see, or tap Preview my booking page.
