Send new bookings to another app

Want every new booking to show up somewhere else too, like a Google Sheet or another tool you use? A booking connection sends each new booking there on its own.

   Open Booking connections

   In the menu, tap Connections, then Booking connections.

   Get a link from Zapier or Make

   In Zapier, start a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier and Catch Hook, and copy the link it gives you. In Make, it's a custom webhook.

   Add the connection

   Back in Busy Book, tap Add New Integration. Type a name, pick Workflow Automation Platform and paste the link into Webhook URL.

   Save it

   Leave Active ticked and tap Save Integration.

   Check it worked

   After your next booking, tap View All Logs to see what was sent.
