Bring in leads from Facebook ads

Connect your Facebook and Instagram lead ads once, and every new lead lands on your Leads board, where Sarah texts them within a minute. You'll use a free Zapier account to connect them.

   Open Where leads come from

   In the menu, tap Marketing, then Where leads come from.

   Copy your private link

   Under Copy your private Facebook lead link, tap Copy. Keep it private, like a password.

   Watch your Facebook form in Zapier

   Log in to Zapier and click + Create, then Zaps. For the trigger, pick Facebook Lead Ads and New Lead, connect your Facebook Page and pick your lead form.

   Send each lead to Busy Book

   For the action, pick Webhooks by Zapier and POST. Paste your link as the URL, and match their name, phone and email from your form.

   Test it and turn it on

   Click Test step. When the test lead shows up on your Leads board, click Publish.

   Connect your other places

   Under Other places your leads come from, connect your booking form, website chat, Thumbtack and phone calls.
