How to use this checklist

A checklist is how you get the same great cleaning every time, okay? Give it to every partner cleaner before their first job, and walk through it together. Standard cleanings do the plain items. Deep cleanings and move in or move out cleanings do the starred items too, which is why they cost more.

At the end, do a quick walk-through with the client. If they're not home, take after photos instead. That one habit prevents most re-cleans, right?
