Pick the steps your partners follow on every job. They show up as a checklist on the job in the partner app, and everything they record lands on the booking for you. All of it is optional: turn on only what you want.

Open Jobs and check-ins
In the menu, tap Settings, then the Jobs and check-ins tab.

Walk-throughs with the client
One walk-through before the cleaning starts and another when it's done.

Before and after photos
Your partner takes photos of the home before they start and after they finish.

Client signs off
The client signs with their finger to say they're happy. Set how many hours they have to ask for a re-clean.

Finish the checklist first
Turn this on and partners finish the checklist before they can mark the job done. They can still note when the client isn't home.

Day-of check-in
Busy Book asks your partner to confirm they'll be there on time. Choose how many hours before the job it goes out, how long they have to reply, and what happens if they don't: you get told, or the job is offered to your other partners right away.
