Your first booking, start to finish
What happens from the moment a client books to the moment you get paid, and where to see each part.
Here's the whole path of one booking, so you know what Busy Book does for you and what your client and partner see along the way.

A client books
They book on your booking page, or Sarah books them by text. Either way they get one flat price for the whole cleaning.

They save a card
With Square or Stripe connected, the client saves a card and nothing is charged that day. Until the card is saved, the booking waits as almost set and your partners aren't sent the job.

Everyone hears about it
Once the card is saved, the client gets their confirmation and you get a new booking alert. Your partners get the job the way you chose in Business profile.

A partner takes the job
A partner taps Take it in the partner app and the job is theirs. It shows on your Calendar and in Today's jobs.

The day of the cleaning
If you turned on day-of check-ins, your partner confirms they'll be there. They tap that they're on the way, arrive, follow your job checklist and mark the job done.

You get paid
The card is held and charged on the schedule you set in Payments. You can see each one under Money, then Card payments.

See it all on the booking
Open Bookings and tap the booking for the client's details, the partner, the price, the photos and the payment.
