Check your card payments
Every card charge in one place, and what to do when a card is declined.
When clients save a card, Busy Book holds it before the cleaning and charges it after. This page shows every card charge, and the ones that need you.

Open Card payments
In the menu, tap Money, then Card payments. The line at the top says when cards are held and charged.

Fix what needs you
Needs your attention lists cleanings waiting for a card and cards that were declined. Tap Text card link so the client can add a new card, or Try again.

Check charges coming up
Charges coming up shows finished cleanings waiting for their charge. You can Charge now, Change amount or tap Don't charge.

Look ahead and look back
Upcoming cleanings shows the card cleanings on your calendar, and Last 30 days shows what was charged.

Change your rules
Tap Change your rules to change when cards are held and charged.
